Evidence-based nutrition support for weight loss, emotional eating and long-term weight management – delivered online for clients in Swansea, across South Wales and throughout the UK.
I’m Judyta Kiszko, a UK-trained Registered Dietitian, working across both the NHS and private practice. I specialise in weight management, emotional eating and the psychology of eating.
I work with clients in Swansea, across South Wales and throughout the UK, offering flexible online appointments that fit around your life – with no waiting rooms, no parking stress and no travelling across the city after work.
If you’ve lost weight before, only to regain it, and feel like you’re constantly starting again, this is for you.
My approach goes beyond simply telling you what to eat. Together, we look at the habits, behaviours and emotional patterns that may be affecting your relationship with food, so you can lose weight in a way that is realistic, sustainable and designed for the long term.
Access professional dietetic support from the comfort of your own home, wherever you are in Swansea or across South Wales.
My consultations are delivered online by video call, making it easier to fit personalised nutrition support around your work, family and everyday life. There’s no need to travel to an appointment or rearrange your day around a clinic visit.
Sessions are available at flexible times, including evenings, and your support continues between appointments with written guidance and personalised recommendations.
Whether you’re working towards weight loss, struggling with emotional eating or looking for support to maintain your progress, we’ll work together on practical strategies that fit your lifestyle – not a one-size-fits-all diet.
You don’t need to live close to a clinic to access professional dietetic support.
The difference matters, particularly when you’re looking for professional nutrition support.
In the UK, the title “Dietitian” is legally protected. Only professionals who meet specific education, training and registration requirements can use this title.
The term “nutritionist” is not a protected title, which means that people using it may have very different levels of training and experience.
As a Registered Dietitian, I have:
I also hold a postgraduate qualification in Psychodietetics, which is an important part of my approach. My work looks not only at what you eat, but also at the habits, behaviours, emotions and thought patterns that can influence your relationship with food.
Dietitians are trained to work with both general nutrition and nutrition-related health conditions, and can support people with complex dietary needs, medical conditions and medication-related considerations.
This is particularly important if you have a medical condition, take medication or are using GLP-1 medication such as Mounjaro, Wegovy or Ozempic.
When choosing nutrition support, it’s worth checking the professional’s qualifications and registration – not just the title they use.
My approach is practical, personalised and designed around your real life – not around a diet plan that becomes impossible to maintain.
Eating in response to stress, boredom, tiredness or difficult emotions is not simply a matter of willpower. Trying harder or following stricter rules rarely addresses the underlying pattern.
We’ll explore what drives your eating habits and develop practical strategies to help you respond differently – without relying on restriction or guilt.
If you’ve lost weight before only to regain it, that doesn’t mean you failed. Often, it means the approach wasn’t sustainable for your lifestyle.
We’ll look at what has and hasn’t worked for you in the past, identify the patterns that made maintaining your progress difficult, and build an approach that can adapt when life gets busy or circumstances change.
An all-or-nothing approach to eating can be exhausting.
The goal isn’t to eat perfectly. It’s to develop a way of eating that feels manageable and flexible – one that can work on an ordinary weekday, during a stressful week, on holiday or when you simply fancy a Friday night takeaway.
Weight management should fit into your life, not take over your life.
Weight-loss medications such as Mounjaro, Wegovy and Ozempic are increasingly used across the UK, prescribed through both private healthcare and the NHS.
They can be an effective tool for weight management, but medication alone does not provide the nutritional guidance or behavioural support needed to protect your health during treatment and maintain your progress afterwards.
I provide evidence-based nutrition support for clients in Swansea, across South Wales and throughout the UK, whether you are just starting treatment, already taking GLP-1 medication or preparing to come off it.
I can support you with:
GLP-1 medication can help reduce appetite and make weight loss easier, but it doesn’t teach you how to maintain your results once treatment changes or ends. That’s where nutritional and behavioural support can make a difference.
Together, we’ll work on building eating habits and strategies that support your health, your goals and your life beyond medication.
Please note: I do not prescribe weight-loss medication. My role is to provide personalised nutrition and weight management support alongside your medical treatment.
Before your first appointment, you’ll complete a short questionnaire covering your health history, previous experiences with weight loss, current eating patterns and what you would like to achieve.
This gives me a better understanding of you before we meet and allows us to make the most of our time together.
Your first appointment is a 60-minute online consultation via Zoom.
We’ll take the time to properly understand your history, goals, eating habits and previous experiences with weight loss – including what hasn’t worked for you and why.
There is no judgement and no assumption that you simply need to be told what to eat. The aim is to understand what is really getting in the way and identify an approach that works for you.
Following your consultation, you’ll receive personalised, evidence-based nutrition recommendations based on your goals, health, lifestyle, preferences and individual needs.
Where appropriate, this may include a personalised 7-day meal plan to help you put the recommendations into practice.
The aim is not to give you a rigid diet that you abandon after two weeks, but to create an approach that feels realistic and sustainable.
If you choose ongoing support, follow-up consultations are 40 minutes, usually scheduled every two weeks.
We’ll review your progress, discuss any challenges, adjust your approach and make sure your plan continues to work as your circumstances change.
You’ll also have email support between appointments, so you don’t have to wait until your next consultation if you need some guidance or clarification.
Because consultations are delivered online, I work with clients in Swansea, across South Wales and throughout the UK.
You can access personalised dietetic support from wherever you are, without the need to travel to a clinic.
All you need is a quiet space and a phone, tablet or laptop with an internet connection.
Professional nutrition support, wherever you are.
I also offer consultations in Polish.
If Polish is your first language and you feel more comfortable discussing your health, eating habits and relationship with food in your native language, your consultations can be conducted entirely in Polish.
You can speak openly and naturally, without having to translate your thoughts or search for the right words in English.
Additional personalised 7-day diet plan – £40
Need a fresh meal plan during your ongoing support? You can add an additional personalised 7-day meal plan for just £40, tailored to your current goals, preferences and progress.
No. You can book an appointment directly – no GP referral is required.
However, I may ask for details of any current medications, medical conditions or diagnoses to ensure that your dietary advice is safe and appropriate for you.
There is no waiting list. Appointments are usually available within 7-10 days of booking.
For weight management, online consultations can be just as effective as face-to-face support. The work is built around conversation, personalised nutrition advice, goal-setting and consistent follow-up – all of which can be delivered effectively by video.
Online consultations also make ongoing support more convenient and accessible, allowing you to fit appointments around work, family and everyday life without travelling to a clinic.
And when it comes to long-term weight management, consistency matters. Being able to access regular support over time can make it easier to stay engaged and work towards lasting changes.
Yes. Supporting clients during and after GLP-1 treatment is an important part of my practice.
I can help you make sure you’re meeting your nutritional needs while your appetite is reduced, support you in maintaining muscle mass during weight loss, and develop sustainable eating habits that can help you maintain your progress if you reduce or stop medication.
I provide nutrition and weight management support alongside your medical treatment. I do not prescribe or manage GLP-1 medication.
Yes. I am a Registered Dietitian, regulated by the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC), and a member of the British Dietetic Association (BDA).
My HCPC registration can be independently verified on the HCPC public register, giving you reassurance that you are receiving support from a qualified and regulated healthcare professional.
