My name is Judyta Kiszko, a UK-trained Registered Dietitian specialising in weight management and emotional eating.
Through my work in both clinical and private settings, I’ve seen that weight loss is too often focused on short-term outcomes—without addressing what’s needed to maintain progress long term.
It’s about the moments you turn to eating when you feel overwhelmed, the patterns that feel impossible to break, and the cycle of being “on track”—only to fall off again.
Together, we address the underlying habits, emotional triggers, and physical factors that have been holding you back, so you can build a healthier relationship with food and achieve results that last.
providing tailored, evidence-based guidance and personalised nutrition plans designed around your lifestyle, needs, and goals.
I hold a degree in Human Nutrition from the University of Westminster in London, followed by a degree in Dietetics from Cardiff Metropolitan University, and a postgraduate qualification in Psychodietetics from National Louis University.
This multidisciplinary background allows me to look beyond food alone and consider the whole person — including emotions, habits, beliefs, and daily patterns.
After working with patients across both clinical and private settings, I’ve seen how often weight loss focuses on short-term results — without the support needed to maintain them.
That’s why my work is centred on long-term, sustainable change.
